Through Ridge Communication’s comprehensive training your System Administrator or Receptionist will gain hands-on experience. Through this process, your staff will have the opportunity to preview your exact system and applications and make modifications or additions, if necessary. Upon completion, they will have gained confidence and an overall working knowledge of how to operate and manage your telephone and/or voice mail systems.
Customers will be shown how to use the functionality and features of their new telephone sets to place, receive and manage calls and telephone set options. They will also learn how to initialize their voice mailbox, as well as ongoing tasks such as sending and retrieving messages using either a CallPilot or BCM interface.
